What's included in the booth price?

Each booth includes pipe and drape and a listing in the SURFEX exhibitor directory and app. Tables, chairs, electrical service, and other services are not included and can be ordered separately through the Exhibitor Services Kit.

Yes, if you’re a SESA member selected in the Year 1 lottery, you’ll choose your booth in the order your name is drawn. Once the initial lottery has been held, booth selection is on a first-registered, first-reserved basis. You can view the real-time floor plan here.

No. Electrical service is not included in the booth price. All electrical orders must be placed through ICC, and order forms will be provided in the Exhibitor Services Kit.

Booth transfers are allowed with written notice at least 60 days before the event. A transfer fee may apply.

Detailed setup requirements, including height restrictions, safety guidelines, and move-in schedules, will be provided in your exhibitor services manual.

Yes, custom booth displays are welcome. They must comply with venue safety regulations and height restrictions detailed in the exhibitor manual.

Exhibitor load-in will begin on October 31, 2027. Exact times and instructions will be included in the Exhibitor Manual.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Cancel on or before January 23, 2026: Full refund

  • Cancel between January 24, 2026 – October 31, 2026: 50% refund

  • Cancel between November 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027: 25% refund

  • Cancel between May 1, 2027 – November 3, 2027: No refund

  • Refunds apply only to exhibit fees. Additional services may have separate terms.

  • If the event is cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure, the organizer may issue refunds or credits at its discretion.
